Job Description
EMRA General Contracting is looking for a talented and experienced
Electrical Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful
candidate will play a key role in quoting, planning, and executing
electrical works for various projects. This role requires a strong
technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to
manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should hold
a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, with at
least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess a valid UAE
driving license.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for electrical
works, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project
specifications.

Plan, design, and oversee the execution of electrical
installations, maintenance, and repair projects for residential,
commercial, and industrial buildings.

Conduct site inspections to ensure that electrical systems and
installations meet the required standards and specifications.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other
engineers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical
guidance and support to the team.

Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with local
electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely
completion of all electrical works within the allocated budget.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status,
including cost analysis, timelines, and technical
specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical
engineering, with a focus on quoting and executing works.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, technical
diagrams, and local electrical codes.

Proficiency in using electrical engineering software and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make
informed decisions under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fit-out projects or fire alarm systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring
quality and efficiency.

Familiarity with the latest electrical technologies and
innovations.
